Connect Your Inventory to Giant

SmartEtailing's POS Sync can push your inventory to customers shopping on the Giant consumer site and we provide this service for free. With a compatible POS system, you can now offer your in-stock bikes through Giant WebLink; they handle the transaction and then send that customer into the store for product pickup. How do you participate?

You can opt-in to this program with one of the following methods:

  1. You have a SmartEtailing website with POS Sync enabled.
    If you are an authorized Giant retailer using SmartEtailing POS Sync, you’re able to fully participate in this program by changing one setting in the backend of your site that will share your inventory with Giant. We will do this for you if you give us a call or fill out the form on this page.

  2. You have a compatible POS System and sign up for a Free Buy Local Now account. Give us a call or fill out this form and we’ll get you set up.

If you are already signed up for Giant’s Where to Buy program there is one additional setting to configure, if you fill out this form or call us we will do it for you.

Giant uses the inventory data from your POS System to refer shoppers on Giant’s website to your local store and sell product that you have in stock. This is a very important and FREE tool for Giant retailers. Sign-up today to get connected!
